- Proclaimed April 15-21, 2007 as National Volunteer Week
- Proclaimed April, 2007 as Prevent Child Abuse Month
- Proclaimed April, 2007 as Public Health Month
- Approved minutes of the March 19, 2007 regular meeting
- Approved amended minutes of the March 5, 2007 regular meeting
- Approved budget amendments
- Approved retail malt beverages and fortified wine licenses
- Received quarterly report for Sandhills Center
- Received budget request from Sandhills Community College
- Approved a Call to Public Hearing for April 16, 2007 or as soon thereafter as possible to consider a Conditional Use District Rezoning from RA to RB-CUD of a 45.04 acre tract identified as 1361 L. Cooper Road and further described as Land Record Key Number 991142 for the use: MINIWAREHOUSE/STORAGE FACILITY
- Approved a Call to Public Hearing for April 16, 2007 or as soon thereafter as possible to consider a Resolution adopting an Interim Development Policy for Small Area A (Major Subdivision Development Moratorium)
- Held public meeting to reconsider a Resolution of Support for transportation projects from Moore County to be included in the 2009-2015 State Transportation Improvement Plan.  Approved with a 3-2 vote to amend the Resolution of Support for the 2009-2015 STIP regarding the Western Connector from Highway 211 to NC 5 by utilizing all existing roads if possible, considering the use of Chicken Plant Road and Linden Road where possible
- Authorized the Chairman to execute a letter to Mr. Allen Hart, USDA-RUS Project Representative that requests additional funding from USDA-RUS based on the construction bids received
- Approved budget amendment to move $260,000 from Retained Earnings to a line item and award the Radio Read Meter contract to Carolina Meter, who is a sole source for Badger Meters in North Carolina
- Tabled a request from Cameron to consider waiver of building inspection and septic certification fees for park
- Appointed Nancy Roy as Chairman of the Planning
- Appointed Robin Cummings to Zoning Board of Adjustment
- Appointed Teddy Reynolds as a member of the ETJ Planning Board/Board of Adjustment for Pinebluff
- Heard report from Interim County Manager Cary McSwain on the following items:
*Mr. McSwain read a statement of praise for Moore County received via email on the County website
*Mr. McSwain reported that the Board had decided against an increase in compensation as requested by members of the ABC Board
*Mr. McSwain stressed the importance of following legislation and letting the Board’s thoughts be known.  Mr. McSwain offered to brief some of the bills in his weekly report to the Board
